Booking
Course booking can be made by contacting DeVise Limited on 01422 322100. It is requested where possible that a purchase order be used to confirm the booking. On receipt of your written confirmation, course instructions will be sent to you. Each delegate is required to complete a Delegate Information Form prior to the commencement of the course.
Course Fees & Payment
Course fees are confirmed at the time of booking. All fees are exclusive of VAT. Standard fees include lunch and refreshments.
All fees will be invoiced in advance. Payment is required before training date. Please make cheque's payable to Devise Limited.
Cancellation
All training order cancellations must be notified in writing and will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 25% of the order value if notified more than 10 days prior to course commencement. Cancellations 10 days or less prior to course commencement will be subject to the same charges as for rescheduling as detailed below. A charge will be made to reschedule agreed training dates as follows:
10 to 5 working days notice prior to course - 50% of course fee
Under 5 working days notice prior to course - 100% of course fee
Devise Limited reserve the right to re-schedule courses. In the event of this happening, delegates will be offered an alternative arrangement. If no alternative can be agreed DeVise Limited will refund any fees paid.
Course Schedule
All standard scheduled courses commence at 9.30am and finish at 4:30pm. One hour for lunch and a 15 minute break in both the morning and afternoon for refreshments. Delegates are advised to arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to course commencement for registration and refreshment.These terms and conditions are in accordance with DeVise Limited.Contact us for further details |
