Cubicspace Studios rtre™ v2.1 is out and gives you so much more than v1.1 ever could. With a redesigned user interface, huge performance improvements, dynamic updating that enable you to experiment with ideas during the design process, support for complex combinations of materials within the Realtime viewport and an even more powerful Publisher module, you’ll wonder how you lived without it.
One of the most powerful and useful features of rtre™ v2.1 is the rtre Publisher (rewritten since v1.1) which allows you to publish your scene to a self-contained, and now compressed standalone executable file. It even gives you complete control over the design and implementation of your own customizable interface to help users navigate and control the interactivity built into your realtime scenes. This published file can then be handed to an end-user with no concept of 3D tools to run on their own system. Moreover, these users don’t need any other 3D software on their system in order to get the full interactive experience delivered by rtre™ v2.1. They just launch the file and dive into the interactive experience you’ve designed.
With the release of rtre™ v2.1, the developers at Cubicspace carefully listened to user comments and feedback, and implemented many new features and improvements.
