In response to growing customer demand, Autodesk has introduced software rental license plans, which allow you to use Autodesk software for a specified period of time— quarterly, or annually—with the option to renew.

Choose to buy a perpetual with maintenance Subscription or subscribe to the Desktop Subscription license

Desktop Subscription (Rental plans) are offered in addition to the traditional perpetual software licenses, providing benefits similar to a perpetual license with Autodesk® Subscription, including basic support.
